A key aspect of the study is to understand why this is the case, with mass data we can find trends that could lead to a breakthrough in treatments.

The South Asia Biobank project is granted by the Wellcome Trust and is overseen by Imperial College, Medical Research Council and National Institute of Health Research.

Our studies and contents have obtained ethical approval from the NHS Health Research Authority department.
