Registration and Informed Consent

Upon registration you will be provided with a consent form and infromation sheet, you will be asked to complete the consent which will be counter signed by a research assistant.

Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire

You will be asked to complete a questionnaire on a tablet, about your health and lifestyle

25 Mins

Clinical Assessment

The clinical assessment involves:

Anthropometry
Blood Pressure
ECG*
Phlebotomy*
Physical Activity Monitor*

5 Mins

Retinal Photography

Retinal photography involves taking a digital photograph of the back of your eye. You will be asked to open your eyes as wide as possible and stare straight ahead while the machine scans your eyes.

Urine Sample*

We will provide you with a container and ask you to provide a urine sample on the day of your assessment.

*Tests are site-specific and can depend on availability.
